Şu an ameliyatımın üstünden 3 ay geçti. Behçet hocayı bulmadan önce devlet hastanesine gitmiştim ve bana burnumu yapamayacaklarını, yapsalar bile benim istediğim gibi asla olmayacağını söylediler ve bana yapabilecek birkaç doktor ismi yazdılar, bende araştırıp Behcet hocanın işlerini beğendiğim için randevu aldım. Behcet hoca bana her şeyi tane tane anlattı, nerde yamuk olduğunu, nereyi nasıl yapacağını ve burnumun küçük bir yapısı olduğundan dolayı belki burnumun kendi kıkırdağının yetmeyip göğüs altımdan kıkırdak alacağını... Ameliyatım ilk randevumdan 5 gün sonra oldu ve hiç acı hissetmedim. İlk bir hafta tamponlar takılı oldugu icin biraz zorlanmıştım ama genel olarak benim için rahat geçen bir süreçti. İyi ki Behçet hocaya burnumu emanet etmişim. Şu anda burnumdan çok mutluyum kendimi daha özgüvenli hissediyorum. On the day of the operation, the assistant, translator, the doctor and I discussed what I wanted, did the necessary tests and that was it — everything went quickly. The doctor offered me several nose shapes to choose from, which really impressed me. We decided on a natural look, emphasizing that I didn’t like my nostrils. The doctor told me he might need to take cartilage from my rib, which scared me a lot. The surgery lasted quite long, about 5 hours. After the surgery I felt good, I didn’t have any pain from the nose itself — actually, the most painful part of the whole recovery was from the rib. The doctor and his assistant kept texting me to ask how I was, which I really appreciated — they are not the type to just do the surgery, take the money and disappear, but they also carefully follow the post-operative process. I had some stomach issues that had nothing to do with the nose surgery, yet the doctor still helped me.
